You’ll complete repairs efficiently without cutting corners — because quality always outranks speed in our shop. You’ll learn the habits that make great mechanics: staying organized, checking your work, communicating clearly, and respecting safety at all times. You’ll keep your workspace clean, your tools organized, and your mind sharp on every job — big or small.

Basic Qualifications:

• Perform emissions testing, alignments, tire mounting/balancing, and AC system recharges using proper equipment.
• Test drive vehicles before and after service to confirm repairs and ensure proper function and performance.
• Assist in training junior technicians or apprentices on shop procedures, tool usage, and repair best practices.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors or customers to explain diagnostics, recommended repairs, and cost estimates.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues in passenger vehicles and light trucks using diagnostic tools and equipment.

Preferred:

• Familiar with shop safety protocols, proper tool usage, and hazardous material handling.
• Values precision, safety, and honest workmanship on every repair job.
• Enjoys problem-solving and working with their hands to keep vehicles running reliably.
• Comfortable working on both gas and diesel engines; hybrid or EV experience is a bonus.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting service manuals, wiring diagrams, and repair instructions.
