We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager for the night shift — someone who thrives when the floor is quiet but the pressure is still on. You’ll take full ownership of after-hours operations, ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps. You’re not just checking boxes — you’re building systems that scale and teams that trust you. You’ll be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and performance management of warehouse personnel. You’ll lead with confidence, keeping your crew motivated, focused, and alert throughout the shift. You’ll make sure the right orders go out on time, every time, with no excuses and no surprises. You’ll ensure safety protocols are more than posters — they’re part of the team’s daily rhythm. From forklift flow to shelf labels, from digital logs to last-mile pickups — you’ll own it all. You’ll conduct nightly safety checks, lockups, and log completions without compromise.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adapt quickly to unexpected changes in supply, demand, or transportation disruptions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Manage procurement of warehouse supplies and equipment, maintaining relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, or cost savings within warehouse operations.
• Coordinate closely with e-commerce or retail systems to sync inventory data and minimize stockouts or overselling.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyor belts, and other warehouse machinery.

Preferred:

• Capable of creating reports and sharing operational insights with senior leadership.
• Values leadership, precision, and accountability in warehouse performance.
• Background or interest in supply chain, operations management, or logistics.
• Able to assess and maintain equipment like forklifts, pallets, and racking systems.
• Familiar with tracking KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, shrinkage, and turnaround time.
