Description:

We’re offering a Radiologic Technologist Trainee position for those ready to enter the world of high-tech healthcare — no experience required. We’re hiring Radiologic Technologist Trainees — no prior experience required, just motivation and a willingness to learn. We’ll show you how to position patients correctly, adjust settings for optimal clarity, and work quickly without sacrificing precision. You’ll assist in preparing rooms, setting up machines, and guiding patients through the process with clarity and calm. Expect to assist in everything from routine chest X-rays to urgent trauma imaging, sometimes all in one shift. Expect to help patients who move slowly, need extra explanation, or just want someone to speak to them with warmth and respect. You’ll learn the core principles of radiation safety, image quality, anatomy, and patient communication. Here, you won’t just press buttons — you’ll help keep the entire diagnostic process moving. You’ll rotate through ERs, ICU, and general diagnostics, learning how to adapt to different workflows and patient needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Perform regular maintenance checks on machines and report malfunctions immediately.
• Operate X-ray, CT, or MRI equipment with precision and care to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Follow proper procedures when using contrast agents, including allergy checks and monitoring.
• Follow hospital or clinic protocols for cleaning and sanitizing equipment between patients.
• Manage a steady flow of patients without making them feel rushed or overlooked.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to image clarity, proper labeling, and correct patient information on all studies.
• Experience operating radiographic equipment in hospital, outpatient, or diagnostic lab settings.
• Willing to support portable imaging procedures in ICU, ER, or bedside situations.
• Able to explain procedures to patients, position them correctly, and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Can collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate care.
