Description:

We’re looking for a Music Producer who can turn creative sparks into fully realized tracks — someone who understands both the art and architecture of sound, and knows how to guide a project from raw idea to final master. You’ll work hands-on with emerging and established talent, helping them unlock their voice, refine their sound, and translate their stories into compelling music. You’ll lead creative direction in the studio — shaping melody, tone, arrangement, and space with both instinct and strategy. We expect you to lead with vision — knowing when to take risks and when to let silence speak louder than sound. You’ll work across genres, helping artists explore their range while maintaining cohesion and purpose in every track. You’ll work across genres, tempos, and moods — from intimate ballads to high-energy anthems — with authenticity and craft. You’ll collaborate with mix engineers to get clean, punchy results that translate across platforms and formats. You’ll take ownership of timelines, track revisions, and final deliverables, ensuring nothing leaves the studio until it’s right. You’ll also help shape sonic branding, audio identities, and long-term sound strategy for clients or in-house properties.

Basic Qualifications:

• Record and arrange vocals, instruments, and electronic elements with creativity and precision.
• Provide constructive feedback to performers and guide vocal takes for maximum impact.
• Make key decisions on structure, tempo, harmonies, and overall vibe during production.
• Organize and name stems, session files, and backups to keep the workflow smooth.
• Collaborate with audio engineers or mastering pros to finish songs at a high professional level.

Preferred:

• Understands music publishing, rights, and metadata management for digital distribution.
• Wants to grow into roles like Executive Producer, Sound Designer, or Label A&R.
• Experienced in working independently or remotely with clients, labels, and vocalists worldwide.
• Proficient in DAWs such as Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, or Pro Tools for recording, sequencing, and mixing.
• Able to collaborate with vocalists, instrumentalists, or songwriters to shape the creative direction of a track.

You’ll also work with A&R teams, vocal producers, and labels to ensure tracks hit the mark creatively and strategically. You should be fluent in multiple DAWs, comfortable with MIDI and live audio workflows, and always curious about new tools. You should be fluent in your DAW, flexible in your approach, and comfortable in both solo production and team collaboration settings. You’ll provide guidance on rights, licensing, and usage — keeping projects clean, legal, and launch-ready. You’ll have space to shape your own sound while helping others find theirs. You’ll shape what people hear on playlists, in trailers, on stages — and in moments they remember forever.
