Description:

We’re looking for a strategic Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee and optimize our gig listings, driving traffic and increasing sales. You’ll manage the entire gig creation process, from crafting compelling descriptions to setting competitive pricing and packages. You’ll manage client communication, responding to inquiries quickly and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the sales process. You’ll ensure all client communications are timely and professional, maintaining a positive relationship throughout the project. You’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction to maintain high ratings. You’ll handle order management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services to maintain positive feedback and repeat business. You’ll track and report on gig performance, adjusting strategies to boost traffic, ranking, and sales. You’ll monitor competition, identifying trends and incorporating new ideas to stay ahead in the market. You’ll maintain a detailed record of client feedback, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications:

• Flag or resolve issues like scope creep, refund requests, or deadline changes diplomatically and efficiently.
• Keep visual assets fresh—thumbnails, banners, and videos that match current trends and buyer expectations.
• Help define pricing tiers, package details, and add-on services to maximize order value and transparency.
• Continuously improve gig performance using Fiverr analytics, feedback, and A/B testing on thumbnails or copy.
• Stay in sync with Fiverr community guidelines, TOS, and seller levels to avoid penalties and maximize visibility.

• Comfortable taking initiative to suggest new services, bundles, or seasonal promotions.
• Values clarity, professionalism, and creative problem-solving in client relationships.
• Excited to help scale a Fiverr account by improving efficiency, branding, and client experience.
