We’re searching for a Canva-savvy creative who can turn blank pages into beautifully designed, scroll-stopping templates. You’ve probably created more templates than you can count, and each one reflects a unique blend of aesthetics and functionality. Your sense of layout, font pairing, and visual hierarchy is sharp, and you know exactly how to make a template both beautiful and practical. Whether it’s a lead magnet, social media kit, digital planner, or business presentation, your templates are functional, brand-ready, and visually on point. You’re not afraid of a tight deadline — in fact, you thrive under pressure and love the challenge of delivering high-quality work quickly. You’re comfortable working with branding guidelines, yet creative enough to stretch them in fresh ways. Canva is your second home — you know the ins and outs, from setting up custom dimensions to using brand kits, grids, and reusable elements like a pro. You enjoy working independently but are also happy bouncing ideas around with a team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure all templates are mobile-friendly and optimized for both free and Pro Canva users.
• Update existing templates regularly to keep them fresh, on-trend, and aligned with Canva platform changes.
• Export and organize final assets in a clean, downloadable format (PDF, PNG, share link, etc.) depending on client needs.
• Maintain consistency in typography, color palettes, and layout across template packs while allowing for flexibility and user editing.
• Use Canva’s built-in features effectively: grids, frames, icons, charts, mockups, and brand kits.

Preferred:

• Pays attention to mobile-friendly formats and platform-specific sizing requirements.
• Wants to grow into roles like Brand Designer, Content Creator, or Creative Lead.
• Excited to work remotely, manage their own workflow, and deliver client-ready templates.
• Understands typography and can pair fonts effectively for different tones.
• Able to export designs in various formats (PDF, PNG, MP4) for client or platform use.
