Description:

We’re looking for a Music Producer who blends creative direction with technical excellence — someone who can craft bold, relevant, and emotionally resonant sound for today’s evolving music landscape. You’ll be responsible for taking musical projects from scratch to final mix, helping artists discover, shape, and refine their sonic identity. You’ll oversee recording sessions, structure arrangements, and manage workflow from writing through delivery. We expect you to work across genres and tempos — whether it’s stripped-down acoustic or layered electronic textures — with equal clarity and taste. You’ll manage sessions with empathy and focus, keeping momentum while giving artists room to explore and be vulnerable. You’ll manage recording sessions, provide creative input, and keep energy high while maintaining technical precision. You’ll collaborate with mix engineers to get clean, punchy results that translate across platforms and formats. You’ll collaborate with vocal producers, engineers, and co-writers to ensure a seamless process from first idea to final master. We value your ability to balance inspiration with discipline — giving artists freedom, but also knowing when to push for more.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay up to date on production trends, plugins, gear, and new sounds across genres.
• Build and maintain sample libraries, presets, and custom templates for efficiency.
• Handle post-production tasks including mixing, mastering, and file delivery.
• Collaborate with artists, songwriters, and musicians to shape the sound and feel of each track.
• Make key decisions on structure, tempo, harmonies, and overall vibe during production.

Preferred:

• Familiar with creative trends in sound design, vocal processing, and streaming-ready arrangements.
• Thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments where creativity meets production precision.
• Pays strong attention to clarity, loudness, stereo imaging, and frequency balance in mixes.
• Open to working on commissioned projects, sync briefs, or content for ads, games, and film.
• Enjoys blending artistic experimentation with structure and polish for a professional sound.
