We’re hiring a Flight Attendant Trainee to join our cabin crew and deliver exceptional service at 35,000 feet — no prior experience required, just a passion for travel and a calm, friendly attitude. You’ll be trained to deliver safe, smooth, and welcoming experiences across domestic and international routes. We’ll teach you how to complete pre-flight checks, secure the cabin, and prepare emergency equipment for every scenario. You’ll help welcome guests on board, assist with seating and luggage, and support special needs passengers. Expect to balance warmth and authority — making passengers feel at ease while ensuring protocols are followed. You’ll be taught how to give safety demonstrations, use emergency equipment, and follow strict aviation protocols. We’ll show you how to keep passengers calm during turbulence, delays, or unexpected situations. You’ll learn international aviation standards, airline policies, and how to work closely with your crew in a tight-knit team. We’ll teach you international service etiquette, brand standards, and how to adapt your tone for different passenger profiles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Assist passengers during boarding, helping with luggage and seating arrangements.
• Perform post-flight duties such as reporting incidents, restocking supplies, and securing the cabin.
• Deliver announcements clearly and in multiple languages when needed.
• Keep composure when dealing with tight schedules, delays, or demanding passengers.
• Represent the airline's image through appearance, professionalism, and excellent service.

Preferred:

• Comfortable traveling frequently and adapting to different time zones, cultures, and climates.
• Pays attention to grooming, uniform standards, and representing the airline brand professionally.
• Able to adapt to airline software and technology for onboard announcements, tracking, and reporting.
• Background or strong interest in aviation, travel, customer service, or hospitality.
• Values courtesy, attention to detail, and problem-solving in guest-facing roles.
