We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, creative-thinking Etsy Shop Manager to help run and grow our online storefront with style and strategy. You’ll be responsible for everything from product listings to customer service, ensuring the shop looks sharp and runs smoothly. You’ll write persuasive, well-formatted descriptions that highlight product benefits and tell a cohesive brand story. You know how to work with Etsy’s algorithm, from using high-impact tags to crafting titles that rank and convert. You’re comfortable analyzing Etsy analytics and turning numbers into actions that grow revenue and engagement. You’re someone who loves turning messy backlogs into organized workflows and clear to-do lists. You love the challenge of increasing visibility and conversion rates without sacrificing authenticity. You’re not afraid of spreadsheets, and you understand how to use data to drive decisions and test new ideas. You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and love keeping things organized in tools like Trello, Notion, or spreadsheets.

Basic Qualifications:

• Oversee the daily operations of an Etsy store—managing listings, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Continuously improve—test new product types, niches, or formats based on market demand and shop analytics.
• Collaborate with freelancers or virtual assistants if the shop scales and workload increases.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings with clear titles, compelling descriptions, tags, and high-quality photos or mockups.
• Write or update FAQs, store policies, and message templates for consistency and efficiency.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to shop aesthetics and brand consistency across listings.
• Background or interest in business, marketing, design, or product management.
• Enjoys working independently and making data-driven decisions to grow the shop.
• Comfortable using Etsy’s dashboard and seller tools for tracking performance and inventory.
• Organized and dependable with task tracking, inventory checks, and schedule planning.
