Description:

We’re offering a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee role for someone who loves to create and wants to learn how stories, visuals, and sound come together in professional content — no experience required, just creative energy and a willingness to learn. You’ll support the production of videos, music tracks, and digital content from idea to final export. We’ll teach you how to brainstorm creative concepts, plan shoots or sessions, and organize production timelines. You’ll help shoot interviews, record voiceovers, mix audio, or animate transitions depending on the project needs. Expect to support editing tasks like cutting footage, syncing voiceovers, adding transitions, or adjusting levels and timing. You’ll get comfortable using tools like Adobe Premiere, Logic Pro, Audacity, or CapCut for editing and refinement. We’ll guide you through planning and storyboarding, helping you understand how content flows and hooks viewers. You’ll help manage file organization, project backups, and naming conventions that keep production running smoothly. You’ll also learn how to plan shoots, create moodboards, and scout visuals or audio that enhance a story.

Basic Qualifications:

• Scout locations, book talent, and secure gear or licenses needed for filming or recording.
• Champion storytelling and originality over just chasing trends or views.
• Keep project documentation and file structures organized so nothing gets lost in the chaos.
• Maintain quality across multiple projects running at once without dropping the ball.
• Develop and manage production timelines, budgets, and resources without sacrificing quality.

Preferred:

• Familiar with planning, scripting, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating shoots or recording sessions.
• Comfortable managing content production across physical and virtual settings (remote teams or studio shoots).
• Values creativity, collaboration, and consistency in bringing ideas to life.
• Willing to conduct casting, location scouting, studio bookings, or gear rentals as needed.
• Wants to grow into roles like Executive Producer, Creative Director, or Head of Content.
