Description:

We’re looking for a strategic Fiverr Gig Manager to oversee and optimize our gig listings, driving traffic and increasing sales. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling gig titles, descriptions, and images that stand out and attract customers. You’ll craft compelling gig titles, descriptions, and tags that attract the right customers and improve our ranking in search results. You’ll analyze gig performance, track metrics, and adjust strategies to improve visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be the point of contact for client inquiries, offering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth experience. You’ll monitor competitors, staying ahead of market trends and making recommendations for new services or gig improvements. You’ll track and report on gig performance, adjusting strategies to boost traffic, ranking, and sales. You’ll optimize gig images and video content, ensuring they accurately represent the services offered and align with the brand. You’ll work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions to attract new clients.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, turning casual questions into confirmed orders.
• Make each client feel like your only client—even when juggling dozens. Professionalism builds return business.
• Maintain a consistent delivery process with reusable templates, checklists, and file structures for speed and quality.
• Respond with flexibility—some clients are detailed, others vague, and your role is to guide them to clarity.
• Monitor Fiverr algorithm changes and update gigs accordingly to maintain visibility and relevance.

Preferred:

• Capable of resolving disputes calmly or escalating to Fiverr support when needed.
• Organized and proactive with task tracking, follow-ups, and client satisfaction.
• Understands Fiverr’s review system and how to encourage positive feedback ethically.
• Experience managing or assisting with service-based gigs on Fiverr or similar freelance platforms.
• Background or interest in freelancing, digital services, or remote business operations.
