Description:

We’re offering a trainee position for someone deeply interested in psychology, coaching, and human development — no prior experience required, just a sincere desire to help people grow. You’ll assist in supporting client journeys by helping to prepare reflective prompts, self-assessment tools, and session summaries. We’ll teach you how to listen not just to words, but to patterns, pauses, and what’s left unsaid. You’ll assist in workshops on topics like self-confidence, emotional intelligence, burnout prevention, and growth mindset. Expect to participate in planning group workshops, journaling challenges, or guided reflection exercises. You’ll learn to spot cognitive distortions, defense mechanisms, and patterns that keep people stuck. You’ll support the tracking of progress and help turn breakthroughs into actionable next steps. We’ll guide you in developing your own communication and listening skills through roleplay and real feedback. We’ll teach you how to set boundaries, practice non-judgmental communication, and build trust in a coaching environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Design and lead workshops, webinars, or training programs focused on mindset, resilience, and life skills.
• Create personalized growth plans based on the client’s goals, struggles, and strengths.
• Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to help individuals overcome mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Model emotional intelligence, active listening, and calm presence in every interaction.
• Maintain detailed notes while respecting confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Coach, Therapist, Program Director, or Motivational Speaker.
• Formal education or certification in psychology, coaching, counseling, or a related field.
• Willing to hold clients accountable for their own goals while remaining supportive and flexible.
• Understands the boundaries of coaching vs. therapy and refers clients to specialists when needed.
• Able to design exercises, workbooks, or frameworks that support personal growth outside of sessions.
