Description:
We’re looking for a highly organized and reliable Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our remote team. You’ll be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring appointments are organized and never missed. You’ll handle email correspondence, organizing incoming emails, responding to messages, and prioritizing tasks for the team. You’ll assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents, ensuring they are professionally formatted and error-free. You’ll assist with research tasks, gathering information on various topics to support business initiatives. You’ll manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries for business trips. You’ll assist with managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and interacting with followers. You’ll handle social media scheduling, posting, and interactions to keep the brand’s online presence active and engaging. You’ll handle administrative tasks such as data entry, managing documents, and filing to keep the team organized.
Basic Qualifications:

- Respond to client inquiries, book appointments, and send reminders—making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

- Support remote teams by jumping into short-term projects like research, outreach, or organizing launches.
Preferred:
- Knows how to organize digital folders, set up cloud storage, and maintain clean systems.
- Willing to learn new skills or tools to better support the client’s workflow.
- Understands how to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Has basic social media experience — posting, monitoring, or scheduling content.
- Experience with calendar management, scheduling, and email correspondence.
