Description:

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who knows that real style lives beyond the runway — someone who understands fit, movement, and everyday confidence as much as visual identity. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, sketching, and developing collections that align with seasonal direction, brand identity, and market trends. You’ll lead the design process from mood boards to tech packs, ensuring a cohesive visual narrative across each line. We expect you to take inspiration from culture, history, and modern life — and filter it into garments that speak with clarity and depth. We expect you to work closely with pattern makers and sample developers to explore structure, movement, and technical possibilities. You’ll select fabrics, trims, colors, and details that elevate function, movement, and emotional impact. You’ll contribute to digital and physical collections — thinking in 3D, but also in texture, identity, and emotion. You’ll be involved in campaign art direction, lookbook styling, and show concepts to ensure the collection lives as a full experience. You’ll track development schedules and contribute to timelines that move designs from concept to rack.

Basic Qualifications:

• Choose fabrics, colors, and textures that bring each concept to life with both style and practicality.
• Ensure garments meet ethical and sustainable production standards where possible.
• Sketch and develop original clothing designs that reflect current trends and your unique creative vision.
• Deliver sketches and concepts on schedule to keep production timelines on track.
• Stay up to date on fashion trends, cultural influences, and market demand to inform future collections.

Preferred:

• Able to support fashion shows, lookbooks, or e-commerce shoots with creative styling and coordination.
• Familiar with sustainability principles, ethical sourcing, and circular fashion design strategies.
• Background or strong passion in fashion design, garment technology, or visual arts.
• Pays close attention to fit, proportions, stitching, and finishing details.
• Values originality, craftsmanship, and innovation in every design decision.

You should be proficient in tools like CLO 3D, Illustrator, and Photoshop — and comfortable presenting work conceptually and commercially. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, or traditional sketching is essential for communicating your vision. You’ll balance creativity with production reality, timelines, and pricing goals without diluting the idea.
