Description:
We’re hiring a Remote CRM Specialist who understands that the heart of a business is in how it manages its relationships. You’ll be responsible for designing CRM processes that actually support the way our team works — not slow it down. You’ll structure pipelines, tag behaviors, and make sure leads don’t fall through the cracks. Your job is part architect, part analyst, and part problem-solver — and you love wearing all three hats. You’ll keep the CRM neat, well-documented, and easy to use, even as the business grows and scales. You’ll create custom dashboards, tag systems, and workflows that help teams work with clarity and efficiency. You’ll work with marketing to map journeys, with sales to streamline outreach, and with support to close feedback loops. You’ll help define what “qualified lead” means and how we track that in a measurable, repeatable way. If an integration breaks, you’re the first to spot it and already have a fix or workaround in mind.
Basic Qualifications:
- Track lifecycle journeys and suggest ways to improve customer experience based on engagement data.
- Assist in migrating data from spreadsheets, legacy tools, or other platforms into the CRM smoothly and securely.
- Pull reports and dashboards for leadership teams on sales performance, customer retention, and engagement trends.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues, manage integrations, and work with vendors or internal IT to resolve technical problems as needed.
- Maintain a clean and user-friendly interface so the CRM doesn’t become overwhelming or bloated over time.
Preferred:
- Understands GDPR compliance, data privacy, and responsible contact management.
- Can quickly learn new platforms or adapt to a company’s unique CRM stack.
- Understands how CRM supports sales funnels, customer success, and team alignment.
- Open to creating templates, custom fields, and automation rules to streamline processes.
- Comfortable importing, cleaning, and organizing large datasets within a CRM.
