Description:

We’re hiring a Music Producer who doesn’t just make tracks — but builds worlds around artists, guiding them from rough sketches to deeply personal, fully produced songs that leave a mark. You’ll work closely with artists, writers, and engineers to shape the sonic direction of songs, EPs, or full albums. You’ll lead creative direction in the studio — shaping melody, tone, arrangement, and space with both instinct and strategy. We expect you to bring your own musical instincts to the table, while also adapting to the vision and voice of each artist. You’ll direct recording sessions with confidence, coaching vocalists, guiding instrumental takes, and creating a comfortable creative space. You’ll collaborate with editors, voiceover teams, visual artists, and motion designers to ensure sonic and visual alignment. You’ll collaborate with mixing and mastering engineers to finalize tracks that meet release-ready standards across platforms. We’ll rely on you to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with both artistic goals and commercial viability. We value your ability to balance inspiration with discipline — giving artists freedom, but also knowing when to push for more.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle post-production tasks including mixing, mastering, and file delivery.
• Bring creative energy to every project, while respecting the artist’s voice and vision.
• Collaborate with artists, songwriters, and musicians to shape the sound and feel of each track.
• Handle feedback gracefully from labels, clients, or collaborators—even if it stings.
• Balance perfectionism with progress—know when a track is done.

Preferred:

• Understands song structure, dynamics, harmony, and rhythm to create commercially viable productions.
• Able to manage project deadlines and creatively solve technical or artistic challenges on the fly.
• Familiar with sound selection, sampling, and using VSTs, synths, or hardware to craft original sounds.
• Familiar with mastering basics or able to prepare premasters for external engineers.
• Background or passion in music composition, audio engineering, beatmaking, or sonic branding.
