You know how to listen actively, read signals (even over email), and build trust quickly. Your follow-up game is strong — timely, respectful, and always on point. CRM tools are second nature to you — you update them without being asked and use data to inform your next move. Flawless.
Basic Qualifications:
- Be persistent but respectful—follow-up is an art, not a spam button.
- Represent the company with professionalism and energy, whether on a cold call or closing Zoom call.
- Host video calls or product walkthroughs, adapting your style based on the prospect’s industry and knowledge level.
- Follow up with leads consistently, providing value and answering objections without sounding pushy or robotic.
- Craft personalized outreach that shows you did your homework, not just copy-paste outreach.
Preferred:
- Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive to manage pipelines.
- Values honesty, transparency, and building trust-based client relationships.
- Understands basic sales funnels and how to move prospects toward conversion.
- Able to track and analyze performance metrics like conversion rate and deal size.
- Open to using automation tools to manage outreach while maintaining authenticity.
