Description:

We’re hiring a Photographer / Videographer Trainee — no professional experience required, just a passion for visual storytelling and a drive to learn by doing. You’ll assist in capturing beautiful moments across cities, nature, people, food, and real life — from rooftops to remote roads. We’ll teach you how to frame shots quickly, shoot in changing light, and capture authentic details that bring locations to life. You’ll gain experience with DSLR and mirrorless cameras, audio gear, tripods, gimbals, and sometimes just quick reflexes and natural light. You’ll learn the basics of landscape, street, and action videography — and how to find beauty in movement, rhythm, and stillness. We’ll train you to work with gimbals, GoPros, drones, and natural light to capture scenes that feel immersive and personal. You’ll learn how to blend documentary with beauty: capturing what’s real, but making it shine. You’ll assist with organizing footage, backing up files, and keeping shoots efficient and professional. tight shots, telling a visual story, and creating content that feels like a memory, not a postcard.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow file-naming conventions and delivery specs exactly to avoid confusion.
• Deliver assets in various formats and resolutions depending on platform (web, print, social).
• Work independently or as part of a team, depending on project size and scope.
• Use tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop with confidence.
• Edit and retouch footage or images to ensure they meet brand standards and look polished.

Preferred:

• Able to deliver final media in appropriate formats and aspect ratios for social media, web, or print.
• Understands the technical limitations and creative opportunities of mobile vs. professional gear.
• Values creativity, punctuality, and technical precision in every project.
• Proficient in framing, composition, lighting, and exposure for various environments.
• Wants to grow into roles like Creative Director, Cinematographer, or Full-Time Content Creator.
