Description:

We’re seeking a Taxi Driver who’s comfortable with the open road — someone who enjoys long-distance travel, takes pride in punctuality, and treats every passenger with care and professionalism. You’ll handle scheduled intercity trips, airport transfers, and business routes where time, comfort, and safety matter most. You’ll be the calm, helpful presence people rely on at the end of a long day, a delayed flight, or a night out. You’ll know your way around the city’s main attractions, airports, and busy zones, choosing smart routes based on time and traffic. You’ll follow all traffic laws and company policies, putting safety first for both yourself and your passengers. You’ll keep your vehicle clean, comfortable, and ready for every trip, with good air flow, working seatbelts, and a welcoming interior. You’ll process payments accurately, provide change when necessary, and issue receipts upon request. You’ll monitor your shift schedule, fuel levels, and rest breaks responsibly to stay alert and focused all night. You’ll handle payment with accuracy, providing receipts and breakdowns for longer distances when requested.

Basic Qualifications:

• Check in and out of shifts, updating availability and following dispatch instructions.
• Build a reputation for reliability, safety, and honesty to earn repeat customers or tips.
• Maintain valid licenses, certifications, and documents required to operate legally.
• Assist passengers with luggage, mobility needs, or directions when needed.
• Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues to dispatch or management promptly.

Preferred:

• Understands the importance of punctuality, reliability, and passenger trust.
• Knows how to manage disputes or difficult passengers calmly and escalate if needed.
• Comfortable assisting passengers with luggage, special needs, or providing door-to-door service.
• Organized with route planning, vehicle upkeep, and rest periods during long shifts.
• Pays attention to safety, seatbelt use, and vehicle cleanliness at all times during shifts.
