Description:

We’re hiring an Email Marketing Assistant to help manage and execute email campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. You’ll help write, design, and schedule emails that promote products, events, and brand content to engage our audience. You’ll assist with designing email templates, ensuring they are visually appealing, responsive, and optimized for all devices. You’ll work with the marketing team to develop email strategies that support promotions, product launches, and customer loyalty efforts. You’ll help segment email lists to target specific audiences and improve engagement with personalized content. You’ll track email campaign performance, generating reports on open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to guide strategy. You’ll assist with A/B testing, experimenting with subject lines, CTAs, and designs to improve the effectiveness of emails. You’ll work with email marketing tools and automation systems to set up and maintain automated email workflows.

Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure responses to email replies are timely and helpful.
• Segment subscriber lists based on behavior, location, or engagement to ensure emails are targeted and relevant.
• Monitor deliverability and reputation metrics, helping prevent emails from going to spam or being blocked.
• Document and maintain SOPs for recurring email tasks, templates, and tagging conventions.
• Support the creation, scheduling, and delivery of email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or HubSpot.

Preferred:

• Can schedule and test email campaigns before sending to ensure accuracy.
• Excited to support campaign planning, execution, and ongoing optimization.
• Understands the basics of GDPR compliance and permission-based email marketing.
• Basic understanding of email marketing principles, including audience segmentation and A/B testing.
• Open to researching competitors' email strategies for inspiration and benchmarking.
