We’re hiring a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who understands that the best marketing feels like a conversation, not a pitch. You’ll identify, reach out to, and nurture relationships with influencers who are a natural fit for our values and audience. Your mission is to craft personalized outreach that feels bespoke, not automated. You’ll research each influencer’s content and audience to ensure we’re approaching the right people in the right way. You’ll craft personalized outreach messages that catch attention without sounding generic or impersonal. You’ll track all communication and set clear follow-up timelines, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll negotiate collaboration terms, brief influencers on campaign expectations, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish. You’ll negotiate partnership terms, create content briefs, and ensure deliverables are met on time. You’ll track performance metrics for each collaboration and help us learn what truly drives engagement and conversions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate bulk outreach during big campaigns or product launches, managing multiple influencer relationships at once.
• Celebrate strong partnerships—send thank-yous, feature their content, and keep top influencers in the loop for future work.
• Work with marketing teams to align influencer efforts with broader campaign goals, launches, or seasonal pushes.
• Track and report key campaign metrics to marketing leads: reach, engagement, link clicks, conversions, and earned media value.
• Stay updated on creator trends, platform changes, and influencer culture so your outreach stays relevant and natural.

Preferred:

• Comfortable using tools like Upfluence, HypeAuditor, or manual Instagram/TikTok search.
• Curious about what makes content engaging, shareable, and brand-aligned.
• Pays attention to tone, clarity, and relationship-building when writing outreach messages.
• Experience reaching out to influencers or content creators via email or DM.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach messages.
