Description:

We’re seeking a Webflow Developer who doesn’t just build websites — you craft digital experiences that feel smooth, modern, and intentional. You’re the type who gets satisfaction from clean class naming, perfectly structured layouts, and buttery-smooth animations. You know how to take a static Figma file and turn it into a fully responsive, high-performing Webflow site that works flawlessly across devices. You’re fluent in Webflow’s CMS, Interactions, and Designer tools, and you’ve probably built everything from simple landing pages to robust, multi-page marketing websites. You’re comfortable building with client-first methodologies or using frameworks like Relume or Client-First by Finsweet. You understand UX as much as design and can translate static mockups into living, breathing sites with personality and purpose. When necessary, you aren’t afraid to implement custom code embeds, tweak interactions with JavaScript, or integrate external services through tools like Zapier or Make.

Basic Qualifications:

• Create modular design systems inside Webflow—components, style guides, and reusable classes that make the site easy to scale.
• Communicate progress clearly and manage timelines for tasks, even in fast-moving or last-minute builds.
• Adapt design elements when necessary for responsiveness without compromising the brand feel.
• Stay updated on Webflow updates, cloneables, and community best practices to constantly improve your builds.
• Use Webflow’s built-in form actions, integrations, or Zapier to connect front-end actions with backend tools.

Preferred:

• Can build reusable components and style systems for scalable projects.
• Understands website best practices for usability, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
• Capable of solving layout problems and debugging visual or structural issues.
• Understands the box model, positioning, and how styles cascade in Webflow.
• Able to turn Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect Webflow websites.
