You’ll begin each appointment with a thoughtful consultation, taking time to understand the client’s lifestyle, face shape, and desired result. You’ll help clients express themselves — whether they want a subtle refresh or a bold transformation. You’ll maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring your tools, station, and equipment are always ready for the next guest. You’ll stay current on trends, techniques, and products — attending workshops or keeping an eye on what’s next in hair fashion. You’ll recommend at-home care routines and retail products that help clients maintain their style between visits. You’ll be part of a creative team that supports, inspires, and challenges each other to grow together. You’ll build relationships with regulars and make newcomers feel instantly comfortable and welcome.

Basic Qualifications:

• Offer additional services such as scalp treatments, deep conditioning, or keratin smoothing as needed.
• Work efficiently without rushing—quality and timing both matter in a busy salon.
• Promote new services, loyalty programs, or seasonal offers to boost client engagement.
• Recommend products for aftercare or styling to help clients maintain their look at home.
• Assist with salon duties like cleaning, reception, and retail sales when required.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of scalp health, haircare routines, and post-treatment advice.
• Thrives in energetic, creative spaces where skills, trends, and client care come together.
• Willing to upsell retail products or additional treatments based on client needs and salon goals.
• Pays attention to detail when creating precise lines, layers, or custom looks.
