Description:

We’re hiring Construction Worker Trainees — no experience needed, just a willingness to work hard, learn fast, and show up ready to build something real every day. You’ll be on-site helping with everything from demolition and prep to framing, pouring, lifting, loading, and cleaning up. You’ll follow instructions, respect safety rules, and work with a team that counts on each other to get the job done right. Each day, you’ll shadow experienced workers who’ll show you how real construction happens — with patience and guidance. You’ll help lay tile, float walls, apply primer, cut corners (with tape, not attitude), and understand how small errors lead to big rework. You’ll carry weight, climb scaffolds, bend, lift, and stay on your feet — because this is physical work, and that’s part of the deal. You’ll work closely with a mentor who’s been in the field and knows how to guide beginners with patience. You’ll work in the sun, the wind, sometimes the mud — but always with a crew that’s got your back. You’ll be expected to ask questions, take direction, and never pretend to know something when you don’t — that’s how real pros grow.

Basic Qualifications:

• Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., electricians, carpenters, masons, plumbers) by preparing work areas and fetching tools or materials.
• Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, or site managers to support building, renovation, or demolition projects safely and efficiently.
• Attend safety briefings and toolbox talks regularly to stay updated on job site rules and best practices.
• Operate basic tools and equipment including hammers, saws, drills, compactors, and forklifts under proper supervision.
• Help with setting forms for concrete or aligning structural components during foundation and framing work.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
• Physically fit to lift heavy loads, stand for long hours, and perform repetitive manual labor.
• Values hard work, safety, and craftsmanship in the building process.
• Experience working on construction sites performing tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, or assisting tradespeople.
• Familiar with using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively (e.g., drills, saws, hammers).
