Description:

We’re hiring a Factory Operator to support our food production line — perfect for someone who’s attentive, quick on their feet, and committed to quality and cleanliness. You’ll operate machinery in accordance with daily production plans, adjusting settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. You’ll operate machinery that processes raw materials, assembles parts, or packages finished products with accuracy and speed. You’ll be responsible for starting, stopping, and cleaning machines during product changes or shift transitions. You’ll help handle sheet metal, rods, bars, or castings using forklifts, cranes, or hand tools depending on product type. You’ll inspect finished products for consistency, labeling, weight, and packaging before they move to the next stage. You’ll be expected to communicate clearly during shift handovers to keep the next team informed and prepared. You’ll follow strict safety procedures, wearing protective gear and responding to alarms or hazards calmly and correctly. You’ll coordinate with maintenance staff to report mechanical issues and assist in minor troubleshooting or resets.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Document production data, including quantities, downtime, and any technical issues.
  • Take pride in contributing to products that meet company and customer expectations.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in production orders, product types, or equipment adjustments.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and maintenance teams about equipment problems.
  • Support coworkers and fill in on different lines when needed during peak production.

Preferred:

  • Able to work in shifts including nights, weekends, or rotating schedules depending on production demands.
  • Familiar with operating, monitoring, and adjusting machinery to maintain consistent production output.
  • Wants to grow into roles like Line Supervisor, CNC Operator, or Quality Control Technician.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, assembly line, or industrial production environment.
  • Organized in keeping production logs, inventory counts, and daily output records up to date.

Benefits:

  • Support for work-life balance — we respect your personal time and help you manage your schedule.
  • A stable career path in a growing industry — manufacturing is essential, and there will always be a need for skilled operators.
  • Consistent, reliable hours — predictable shifts, so you can plan your life around work.
  • Access to mental health resources — we support your emotional and psychological well-being.
  • Paid time off and holidays — because your well-being is important.

You’ll receive regular feedback and performance check-ins to support long-term growth and shift consistency. You’ll participate in safety drills, team briefings, and scheduled training even if your shift occurs during non-standard hours. You’ll assist with sorting, stacking, or bundling metal parts for transport or final packaging. You’ll participate in daily briefings, safety reviews, and ongoing operator training sessions. You’ll follow all safety regulations, wearing PPE, locking out equipment when required, and keeping your station hazard-free. You’ll be expected to stay on your feet for long periods, lift moderate loads, and stay focused in a noisy, fast-paced environment. Prior experience in factory operations is preferred, along with comfort using touchscreens, control panels, or simple diagnostic tools. If you take pride in precision, consistency, and running equipment that builds something real, we’re ready to welcome you to the line. If you're ready to keep production moving, meet goals, and support your team, we’re ready to have you on the floor.
