Description:
We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Community Manager to help grow and engage our online community. You’ll be responsible for engaging with our community across social media platforms, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful conversations. You’ll create engaging content for social media platforms, forums, and other community channels, encouraging interaction and participation. You’ll monitor community conversations, ensuring that discussions are on-topic, respectful, and aligned with brand values. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure that community strategies align with broader business objectives and campaigns. You’ll help resolve any issues or conflicts within the community, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere. You’ll resolve community issues, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive atmosphere. You’ll help build relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the community and increase brand awareness.
Basic Qualifications:
- Organize community meetups—virtual or in-person—and manage logistics, invites, and follow-ups.
- Monitor and report on competitor communities to spot trends, inspiration, or gaps worth exploring.
- Respond to questions or concerns in a timely, helpful manner—becoming the voice of support and positivity in the space.
- Create and schedule community content: weekly check-ins, resource drops, discussion prompts, and spotlight features.
- Create community highlights, recaps, or newsletters that showcase what’s happening and celebrate members.
Preferred:
- Experience collaborating with marketing, support, or product teams to align messaging.
- Comfortable engaging with members daily and encouraging participation without being pushy.
- Interested in user advocacy and acting as a voice between community and company.
- Familiar with automation tools, bots, or integrations that support community management.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to foster a positive, engaging environment.
Benefits:
- You’ll be part moderator, part event planner, part hype machine — and we celebrate every hat you wear.
- We believe community is a long game — and you’re the player-coach.
- You’ll be empowered to lead, test, and even break things (gently).
- You’ll be the voice, vibe, and glue of our community — from first-time members to core superfans.
- Access to platforms like Discord, Circle, Slack, Facebook Groups, or Geneva — wherever your community lives best.
You’ll work with the customer support team to ensure that the community’s needs and concerns are addressed effectively. You’ll help create user guides, FAQs, and other resources to educate the community and ensure a positive user experience. You’ll analyze data to track community growth and engagement, providing reports to leadership and offering recommendations for improvements. You’ll ensure that community feedback is shared with the relevant teams to inform product development and customer service strategies. You’ll actively listen to the community’s needs and concerns, ensuring their voices are heard and represented in the company’s decisions. You’ll collaborate with the customer support team to handle service-related concerns and ensure a smooth experience for users. This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to contribute to community growth and success from anywhere. If you’re passionate about building relationships, driving engagement, and fostering a vibrant online community, we’d love to have you join us.
