Description:

We’re hiring a Car Washer to join our dealership team — perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping vehicles showroom-ready and understands the importance of first impressions. You’ll perform deep cleaning of both interiors and exteriors, restoring cars to like-new condition for customers, dealers, or resale. You’ll shampoo seats and carpets, clean air vents, scrub door jambs, and polish trim with precision and care. You’ll apply wax, ceramic coatings, tire dressings, and interior conditioners depending on the detailing package selected. You’ll be trained to safely use ladders, scaffolding, and long-handled tools when working on taller vehicles or roof areas. You’ll clean interiors when required — including driver cabins, floors, instrument panels, and bulk storage areas. You’ll inspect each vehicle for dirt, damage, or missed spots, correcting any issues before returning it to the customer. You’ll rotate between wash bays, delivery prep, showroom wipe-downs, and auction-ready cleanings depending on daily tasks. You’ll be trained to handle equipment, chemicals, and customer vehicles safely and professionally.

Basic Qualifications:

• Report any visible vehicle damage to supervisors before starting the cleaning process.
• Handle delicate parts such as antennas, sensors, or emblems with care during washing.
• Help maintain equipment and notify the team of any maintenance issues or malfunctions.
• Vacuum interiors, wipe dashboards, and clean floor mats to give the car a fresh look and feel.
• Be punctual and ready for physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting throughout shifts.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and staying on task during busy periods.
• Enjoys making cars look spotless and seeing immediate results of hands-on effort.
• Wants to grow into roles like Lead Detailer, Car Wash Supervisor, or Mobile Detailing Technician.
• Pays attention to product usage, chemical safety, and eco-friendly water-saving techniques where applicable.
• Able to complete services on time while maintaining quality standards.
