Description:

We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who’s equal parts designer, builder, and digital problem solver. You don’t just know how to use Webflow — you understand how to *build with intention*, creating fast, responsive, and scalable websites that not only look amazing but perform flawlessly. Webflow is second nature to you; you know how to structure projects efficiently, build with reusable components, and keep everything clean under the hood. You collaborate well with designers and understand how to translate Figma or Adobe XD files into precise builds — not just visually accurate, but functionally excellent. Your class naming system is organized, your layouts are mobile-first, and your published sites load fast and look sharp. You understand how to balance design aesthetics with UX best practices and aren’t afraid to offer suggestions that improve the final product. Your projects are scalable, well-organized, and easy to update, making you a favorite among clients and teammates alike.

Basic Qualifications:

• Implement SEO best practices during development—meta tags, alt text, semantic HTML structure, and performance optimization.
• Export and hand off clean HTML/CSS when needed, especially for hybrid setups or migration plans.
• Experiment with custom code embeds (HTML, CSS, JS) when Webflow’s native features aren’t enough—but only when necessary.
• Handle site backups, version tracking, and duplicate cloning to ensure safety during updates or redesigns.
• Support QA, staging, and deployment processes to ensure launches go smoothly and without surprises.

Preferred:

• Enjoys creating clean, modern websites with intuitive user experience.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, marketers, and clients directly.
• Excited to work remotely on creative, fast-paced projects with global teams.
• Proficient in Webflow with experience building responsive websites from scratch.
• Understands the box model, positioning, and how styles cascade in Webflow.
