Description:

We’re hiring a creative and skilled Figma Designer to join our team and design intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma to deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to create visually compelling designs. You’ll work on a variety of digital design projects, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience across all platforms. You’ll take part in user research and testing, using insights to inform design decisions and enhance user experience. You’ll assist in developing and maintaining a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all projects. You’ll iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and user testing, ensuring continuous improvement in design quality. Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate with marketing or content teams when UI intersects with campaigns or editorial visuals.
• Design UI for dashboards, forms, mobile apps, marketing pages, or entire product flows depending on project scope.
• Keep up with UI/UX design trends, Figma updates, and best practices to improve the quality of your work.
• Stay consistent with brand guidelines while still pushing visual creativity and improving user experience.
• Design accessible interfaces—thinking about color contrast, type size, and interaction states for all users.

Preferred:

• Can create design documentation, style guides, or visual specs within Figma.
• Proficient in Figma with experience designing user interfaces, prototypes, and design systems.
• Enjoys simplifying complex interfaces and improving overall user flow.
• Able to work independently or as part of a remote design team.
• Pays close attention to accessibility, contrast, and color usage in interface design.

You’ll create visually engaging elements, from icons and buttons to complex layouts, while maintaining brand consistency. You’ll assist in preparing assets for development, providing specifications and assets that ensure smooth implementation by developers. You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital design and Figma features, incorporating new ideas and techniques into your work. You’ll assist with testing prototypes and designs, gathering feedback from real users to refine and improve the experience. You’ll be an advocate for design thinking, promoting a user-centered approach to every aspect of the design process. You’ll contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer design solutions that align with the project’s overall vision.
