Description:

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Notion Workspace Organizer to help us optimize and manage our digital workspace. You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining well-structured Notion workspaces that are efficient and easy to navigate. You’ll assist in creating custom templates, databases, and task boards to streamline project management and team communication. You’ll collaborate with team members to understand their needs and tailor the workspace to support their unique requirements. You’ll assist with setting up integrated databases, task trackers, and dashboards to improve team efficiency. You’ll collaborate with different departments to ensure the workspace reflects their workflows and requirements. You’ll provide ongoing support to team members, ensuring they understand how to use Notion effectively and efficiently. You’ll ensure that all Notion pages are up-to-date, maintaining consistency across the workspace and aligning with business goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use databases for goal setting, client management, editorial tracking, and product development timelines.
• Document processes, SOPs, and onboarding materials directly within Notion for easy access and future team reference.
• Build systems that support recurring tasks, project tracking, content production, or habit tracking—all with a minimalist approach.
• Implement databases with filters, relations, rollups, and formulas to enable smart workflows and automation.
• Test your builds from the user’s perspective—if it’s not immediately usable, it needs refinement.

Preferred:

• Stays updated on Notion feature releases, best practices, and community templates.
• Enjoys building systems that reduce chaos and help teams focus on what matters.
• Able to design clean, user-friendly layouts using columns, toggles, embeds, and callouts.
• Understands how to structure workspaces for teams, projects, and personal productivity.
• Able to audit and clean up cluttered or inconsistent Notion environments.
