We’re searching for a Reception Manager who treats hospitality as both an art and a responsibility. You’ll be the orchestrator of first impressions, ensuring every guest, client, and employee is welcomed with warmth and precision. Running the front desk isn’t just about answering phones — it’s about setting the tone for the entire space. You’ll manage a team of receptionists and ensure the front-of-house runs like a well-oiled machine. Basic Qualifications:

  • Train staff on customer service skills, emergency procedures, communication standards, and software tools used at the front desk.
  • Handle minor technical issues related to phones, badge printers, or check-in tablets—escalating to IT when necessary.
  • Coordinate courier pickups, incoming mail, and package distribution across departments efficiently.
  • Prepare weekly schedules, handle time-off requests, and ensure adequate front desk coverage during operating hours.
  • Track and report on front desk metrics such as wait times, visitor volume, or issue resolution times to identify areas for improvement.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing front desk operations in hospitality, corporate, or medical settings.
  • Thrives in a people-facing, fast-paced environment where professionalism matters.
  • Excited to lead a front desk team and represent the company’s brand from the very first interaction.
  • Able to resolve client or guest concerns quickly while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented tone.
