We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Trainee to support our B2B brand on LinkedIn, email, and long-form content — no experience needed, just sharp thinking and a professional tone of voice. You’ll be creating and testing content fast — for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, emails, blog posts, and landing pages. We’ll teach you how to script hooks, structure carousels, and repurpose live content into reels, stories, and posts. You’ll help write captions, schedule content, brainstorm campaigns, and experiment with different formats like Reels, stories, carousels, and short videos. Expect to draft educational blog posts, campaign emails, product updates, and customer stories that bring value first. You’ll also get hands-on experience with trend tracking, hashtag research, and analyzing performance metrics like reach and saves. We’ll show you how to speak to pain points, build trust, and write copy that turns readers into clients, not just followers. You’ll help shape the brand’s online personality, refine its tone, and develop its rhythm across platforms. We’ll show you how to adapt messaging for different platforms while keeping the brand’s personality intact.

Basic Qualifications:

• Jump on trends while they’re still hot—but make them make sense for our brand.
• Use scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Notion to keep everything organized.
• Analyze post performance and tweak strategy based on what’s resonating (or flopping).
• Manage blog content, newsletters, and long-form pieces when needed.
• Repurpose high-performing content across channels to maximize reach.

Preferred:

• Thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with measurable goals.
• Knows how to perform audience research and adapt messaging for different target segments.
• Understands paid social media advertising strategies and audience targeting basics.
• Experienced in using SEO principles when creating blog posts, captions, or video scripts.
• Can plan, track, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or Looker Studio.
