Description:

We’re looking for an IT Support Technician who combines technical know-how with a genuine desire to help people. You’ll handle hardware setups, software installs, user accounts, and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms. You know that a reboot solves a lot — but not everything — and you’re ready for the rest. From fixing printer errors to diagnosing network outages, you’ll be the go-to problem solver. Whether it’s Windows, macOS, or a random network error, you’re ready to jump in and diagnose the issue. You’ll manage user accounts, permissions, and access across multiple platforms and tools. Your documentation will help others understand recurring problems and how to fix them quickly. New hire starting Monday? You’ll have their gear ready, configured, and tested — no surprises.

Basic Qualifications:

• Install, update, and troubleshoot software and applications, ensuring compatibility and security compliance.
• Test and troubleshoot hardware components including RAM, SSDs, motherboards, or peripherals when needed.
• Assist with account provisioning, password resets, and access rights in systems like Active Directory, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365.
• Support audio/video equipment and conferencing tools like Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet—especially for meetings or webinars.
• Monitor IT assets and inventory—tracking devices, serial numbers, and software licenses accurately.

Preferred:

• Familiar with remote support tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Zoom for assisting users.
• Capable of diagnosing and resolving issues related to connectivity, permissions, or user access.
• Able to follow internal procedures for troubleshooting, asset management, and security compliance.
• Experience providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, or mobile devices.
• Background or interest in IT, cybersecurity, help desk operations, or technical support.
