Description:

We’re seeking an Emergency Room Nurse who can think fast, move smart, and stay calm in the middle of the unexpected — someone who brings order to chaos and compassion to crisis moments. You’ll provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound management. You’ll manage daily treatments, monitor conditions, and ensure each patient’s comfort and safety are prioritized every shift. You’ll monitor vitals, interpret symptoms, and escalate issues when something feels off — even if the numbers don’t say it yet. You’ll advocate for your patients, catching the small signs that others might miss and speaking up when something isn’t right. You’ll document everything carefully and thoroughly, ensuring continuity from one shift to the next. You’ll communicate clearly with patients and families, offering updates and reassurance — even when emotions are running high. You’ll follow strict hygiene and safety protocols, maintaining a clean, organized, and sterile environment. You’ll work alongside other nurses, aides, and therapists as part of a care team focused on stability, trust, and quality of life.

Basic Qualifications:

• Monitor medical equipment and alert physicians to any concerning changes.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of patient care, observations, and clinical decisions.
• Administer medications, injections, IVs, and wound care as prescribed by physicians.
• Help families understand conditions, comfort options, or end-of-life care with empathy.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Nurse Practitioner, Charge Nurse, or Clinical Educator.
• Familiar with operating medical equipment and following standard hygiene and infection control protocols.
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable performing wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and other routine procedures.
• Able to assess patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and implement care plans.
