Description:

We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Trainee to help build our startup’s online presence from scratch — no experience needed, just bold ideas and serious initiative. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing team to turn ideas into emails that get opened and articles that get read. We’ll teach you how to script hooks, structure carousels, and repurpose live content into reels, stories, and posts. Expect to write captions that sound natural but drive engagement — and know how to add value in under 10 seconds. Expect to draft educational blog posts, campaign emails, product updates, and customer stories that bring value first. You’ll learn what makes a reel go viral, how to study analytics, and how to create repeatable formats that feel personal. You’ll be part of building content systems, calendars, and playbooks that don’t exist yet — and help improve them as we grow. You’ll see how a consistent voice, tone, and visual identity help grow audience trust and brand awareness. You’ll be encouraged to break formats, test weird ideas, and follow intuition — not just best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Edit or write short-form copy that’s snappy, clear, and value-driven.
• Write captions, headlines, and calls to action that feel natural, not robotic.
• Plan and publish engaging content across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
• Spot what competitors are doing—and find ways to do it better or smarter.
• Pitch fresh ideas that align with brand goals, not just what’s trending.

Preferred:

• Enjoys building communities, sparking conversations, and growing online presence.
• Experienced in using SEO principles when creating blog posts, captions, or video scripts.
• Familiar with tracking social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Can plan, track, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or Looker Studio.
• Background or interest in digital marketing, communications, or media strategy.
