Description:

We’re hiring a creative Digital Illustrator to help us craft visually stunning and impactful designs for various digital projects. You’ll be responsible for creating original digital illustrations for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, websites, and social media content. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and content creators to ensure your illustrations align with overall brand and campaign strategies. You’ll use design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other illustration software to create polished and professional designs. You’ll translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling illustrations, maintaining a consistent style across different projects. You’ll adapt your illustration style to suit the project’s tone, whether it’s minimalist, detailed, or whimsical. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to create illustrations that support campaigns and enhance digital content. You’ll work closely with art directors and project managers, offering creative input and iterating on designs based on feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

• Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, Photoshop, or Clip Studio Paint to develop illustrations in both raster and vector formats.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are reflected in the visual language—diverse characters, clear storytelling, and intentional choices.
• Create templates or reusable components for scalable asset production (e.g., sticker packs, icon sets, scene elements).
• Create original, high-quality illustrations for a variety of formats including websites, marketing materials, books, packaging, social media, and apps.
• Participate in design reviews, offering and receiving feedback constructively to improve the final output.

Preferred:

• Experience with creating assets for animation, storyboards, or motion graphics is a plus.
• Can prepare final files with proper naming, resolution, and export settings.
• Background or interest in illustration, visual arts, game design, or branding.
• Pays close attention to visual consistency, proportions, and brand guidelines.
• Able to follow creative briefs and collaborate with art directors or marketing teams.
