Description:

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Trainee — no professional experience required, just creativity, curiosity, and the drive to bring ideas to life visually. You’ll work on real posts for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube thumbnails, stories, and ads that actually get seen. We’ll teach you the fundamentals of layout, typography, color theory, and design systems — using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. You’ll learn to use tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva with purpose, not just aesthetics. You’ll learn how to follow brand guidelines, take feedback constructively, and improve your designs with each round. Expect to spend your days combining fonts, layouts, and color palettes into designs that feel effortless and iconic. We’ll guide you through accessibility basics, responsive grids, and modern UI design systems. You’ll be encouraged to explore references from art, architecture, and past decades to inspire contemporary visuals. You’ll be part of design critiques where you’ll learn how to explain your choices and grow from honest feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

• Adjust layouts for different platforms and screen sizes (think: Instagram, email, print).
• Adapt and refine concepts based on team feedback, client input, or changing requirements.
• Present your work with confidence, explaining design choices when needed.
• Stay organized using tools like Trello, Notion, or a good old sticky note wall.
• Create style guides, templates, or reusable assets to keep workflows smooth.

Preferred:

• Able to create custom illustrations, infographics, icons, or social media assets from scratch.
• Comfortable collaborating with marketing teams, content creators, and developers on cross-functional projects.
• Can work independently and also contribute to team brainstorming and creative sessions.
• Experience creating visual content for digital platforms including social media, websites, and email marketing.
• Willing to present design concepts to stakeholders and explain design decisions confidently.
