Description:

We’re looking for a Content / Music / Video Producer Trainee who’s eager to turn ideas into engaging visual and audio content — no experience needed, just passion, focus, and a desire to create. You’ll assist in developing scripts, music cues, visual plans, and production timelines for different types of content. We’ll teach you how to structure stories, set up gear, and build timelines that keep projects on track. You’ll assist in setting up lights, cameras, microphones, or DAWs depending on the type of content being created. Expect to work with multiple formats — from vertical social videos to full-length podcasts or cinematic promos. You’ll get comfortable using tools like Adobe Premiere, Logic Pro, Audacity, or CapCut for editing and refinement. We’ll guide you through layering music, transitions, captions, effects, and animations to keep viewers engaged. You’ll learn how to add music, sound design, or branding elements that bring content to life. You’ll participate in feedback rounds, learning how to refine edits based on creative direction and client needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay up to date on production trends, gear, and platform algorithms to keep content relevant.
• Balance creative ambition with logistical reality—you can’t shoot a volcano if there’s no volcano.
• Coordinate teams of writers, editors, musicians, videographers, and designers to bring creative ideas to life.
• Track analytics like views, retention, click-throughs, or streams to measure what’s working.
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips, trailers, or highlight reels across channels.

Preferred:

• Enjoys building engaging content that entertains, educates, or emotionally connects with audiences.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines, fast turnarounds, and dynamic creative environments.
• Understands how to brief editors, musicians, or animators with clarity and constructive feedback.
• Willing to produce original content or assist in brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, or client work.
• Familiar with planning, scripting, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating shoots or recording sessions.
