Description:

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Notion Workspace Organizer to help us structure and optimize our team’s digital environment. You’ll be responsible for organizing and structuring Notion pages to ensure they are easy to navigate and support efficient workflows. You’ll assist in creating custom templates, databases, and task boards to streamline project management and team communication. You’ll help create and maintain custom templates for meetings, projects, and brainstorming sessions to streamline processes. You’ll maintain a clear and organized structure for all documents, tasks, and projects, ensuring easy access for everyone. You’ll assist with organizing and structuring documents, notes, and project details, making sure all information is easy to find. You’ll provide ongoing support to team members, ensuring they understand how to use Notion effectively and efficiently. You’ll ensure that all Notion pages are up-to-date, maintaining consistency across the workspace and aligning with business goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help migrate data from other tools (e.g., Trello, Airtable, Asana, Google Docs) into Notion without losing structure or usability.
• Help clients feel empowered, not overwhelmed—your job is to make their tools work *for* them, not slow them down.
• Use icons, toggles, dividers, and embeds thoughtfully to balance function and aesthetic appeal.
• Implement databases with filters, relations, rollups, and formulas to enable smart workflows and automation.
• Balance simplicity and depth—avoid overwhelming users while still enabling powerful functionality under the hood.

Preferred:

• Comfortable setting up task managers, content calendars, CRMs, or knowledge hubs.
• Stays updated on Notion feature releases, best practices, and community templates.
• Can migrate information from other platforms (Google Docs, Trello, Asana) into Notion efficiently.
• Enjoys building systems that reduce chaos and help teams focus on what matters.
• Experience creating SOPs, documentation pages, and wikis for growing teams.
