We’re searching for a TikTok Content Creator who’s obsessed with the platform. Not just someone who watches videos — we need someone who understands the platform’s pulse and can ride trends before they explode. You’ll be crafting engaging, high-energy content, filming, editing, and maybe even scripting a little, all while obsessing over view counts. If your drafts are overflowing with unfinished TikToks that never made it to the feed, we want to see them. This is a fast-moving role that demands quick thinking and fast execution, so if you’re a creative hustler who can work under pressure, you’ll thrive here. You’ll work to create content that shows up on the For You page in unique and attention-grabbing ways. Whether you’re filming on the go or working from your bedroom, all you need is your phone and an inventive mind. Bonus points if you’ve made someone laugh out loud with your content or left them saying, “I didn’t know I needed this until I saw it. ” Perfection is nice, but we’re all about creativity, speed, and staying true to what TikTok’s all about — authenticity.

Basic Qualifications:

• Coordinate with marketing or social media teams to sync with wider campaigns.
• Come up with content series that can keep people coming back (e.g. tips, POVs, behind-the-scenes).
• Edit footage with snappy cuts, music, filters, and captions to keep viewers watching to the end.
• Film and edit independently with minimal guidance—be your own director and editor.
• Generate fun, creative TikTok videos that feel native to the platform and reflect current trends.

Preferred:

• Not afraid to test unusual or bold ideas to stand out from the crowd.
• Able to create short-form scripts or outlines that tell a complete story quickly.
• Has experimented with transitions, effects, or storytelling formats on mobile.
• Understands the role of sound, music timing, and captions in maximizing engagement.
• Knows the importance of posting at the right time for reach and engagement.
