Description:

We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team and optimize our website’s performance on search engines. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings. You’ll conduct thorough keyword research and identify new opportunities to increase website traffic and audience reach. You’ll work on-site SEO, optimizing content, meta tags, header tags, and internal linking to improve search engine rankings. You’ll assist with off-site SEO, including link building, outreach, and other strategies to boost website authority and backlinks. You’ll monitor and track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, making adjustments to improve results. You’ll perform regular SEO audits to identify technical issues, such as crawl errors, slow page load times, and mobile optimization problems. You’ll perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance, including page speed and mobile optimization. You’ll stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure strategies remain effective and up to date.

Basic Qualifications:

• Identify low-performing content and develop strategies to update, consolidate, or retire pages to boost overall site health.
• Ultimately, drive sustainable, meaningful traffic growth by helping great content get found by the right people.
• Support YouTube or e-commerce SEO when relevant—optimizing product pages, descriptions, or video metadata.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and user behavior via Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO reporting tools.
• Document everything—what was changed, why, and what the result was—to build a repeatable, data-driven process.

Preferred:

• Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
• Enjoys testing and iterating on strategies to boost visibility and user engagement.
• Knows how to collaborate with writers, developers, and marketers to implement SEO best practices.
• Able to identify content gaps, perform competitor analysis, and build content strategies.
• Familiar with backlink strategies, outreach tactics, and ethical link building practices.
