Description:

We’re seeking a Music Producer who thrives on versatility — someone who can craft polished soundscapes for streaming hits, cinematic trailers, brand campaigns, or immersive digital experiences with the same level of creativity and control. You’ll work hands-on with emerging and established talent, helping them unlock their voice, refine their sound, and translate their stories into compelling music. You’ll guide artists, clients, and creative teams through the production process — from sketch ideas to polished delivery. We expect you to lead with vision — knowing when to take risks and when to let silence speak louder than sound. You’ll direct recording sessions with confidence, coaching vocalists, guiding instrumental takes, and creating a comfortable creative space. You’ll collaborate with editors, voiceover teams, visual artists, and motion designers to ensure sonic and visual alignment. We expect you to balance emotion with technical excellence, making sure every sound choice supports the message, not just the vibe. You’ll take ownership of timelines, track revisions, and final deliverables, ensuring nothing leaves the studio until it’s right. You’ll be involved in post-production decisions like mix notes, arrangement tweaks, and mastering revisions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle post-production tasks including mixing, mastering, and file delivery.
• Stay up to date on production trends, plugins, gear, and new sounds across genres.
• Balance creativity with technical execution—great beats still need clean mixes.
• Record and arrange vocals, instruments, and electronic elements with creativity and precision.
• Collaborate with artists, songwriters, and musicians to shape the sound and feel of each track.

Preferred:

• Experienced in working independently or remotely with clients, labels, and vocalists worldwide.
• Understands song structure, dynamics, harmony, and rhythm to create commercially viable productions.
• Wants to grow into roles like Executive Producer, Sound Designer, or Label A&R.
• Open to working on commissioned projects, sync briefs, or content for ads, games, and film.
• Able to manage project deadlines and creatively solve technical or artistic challenges on the fly.
