Description:

We’re hiring a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our remote team and deliver outstanding service. You’ll be responsible for responding to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and effective solutions. You’ll assist customers with technical issues, product questions, and troubleshooting to ensure they have the best possible experience. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, documenting all interactions and solutions in the customer support system. You’ll escalate complex issues to the appropriate team, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently. You’ll help customers understand products and services, providing guidance on usage, benefits, and features. You’ll keep customers informed about product updates, promotions, and policies, ensuring clear communication at all times. You’ll help process returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring all procedures are followed according to company policy.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with a friendly, clear, and solution-focused tone.
• Support onboarding of new customers by guiding them through first steps or setup flows.
• Help users troubleshoot common issues, walk them through steps, and escalate more complex problems to the right team.
• Participate in training sessions, weekly check-ins, and team retros to improve processes and stay aligned.
• Manage confidential information securely and follow internal data/privacy protocols.

Preferred:

• Open to working across time zones and handling shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed.
• Understands how great customer support impacts brand loyalty and growth.
• Comfortable using knowledge bases and internal documentation to assist customers accurately.
• Pays close attention to detail and ensures customer information is recorded correctly.
• Excited to represent the company and its values through every interaction.

You’ll assist with processing orders, including returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring accuracy in all transactions. You’ll help with administrative tasks, such as updating customer information and assisting with account management. You’ll work with other teams to ensure that all customer feedback is incorporated into product and service improvements. You’ll collaborate with other departments, ensuring customer feedback is shared and acted upon to improve services. You’ll track customer satisfaction metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing insights with the team. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple support requests while maintaining a high standard of service.
