Description:

We’re looking for a Junior QA Tester to join our team and help ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. You’ll be responsible for executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring that the product works as expected before release. You’ll assist in creating detailed test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of new features and existing functionality. You’ll assist in preparing test plans and cases, making sure all features are thoroughly tested before launch. You’ll participate in system, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure our products meet user expectations. You’ll report defects in a clear and concise manner, working with developers to verify fixes and prevent future issues. You’ll help with automating tests and integrating automated testing processes into the development workflow. You’ll monitor the progress of testing, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Contribute ideas to improve test flows, user experience, or clarity of error messages.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to understand features and verify that they meet specifications.
• Learn how to test for accessibility, performance, and mobile behavior—QA goes beyond "does it work?"
• Use browser dev tools to inspect elements, console errors, and network requests when troubleshooting issues.
• Review release notes and confirm that all planned features or fixes are accounted for before sign-off.

• Pays close attention to details and enjoys finding inconsistencies or edge cases.
