Description:

We’re looking for a customer-focused and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our remote team and assist customers with their needs. You’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll assist customers with product or service issues, offering clear solutions and providing a positive experience. You’ll document all interactions, track customer issues, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction with the service provided. You’ll document all customer interactions, ensuring that detailed records are kept for follow-up and future reference. You’ll manage customer expectations by offering clear solutions, keeping them informed about the status of their inquiries. You’ll offer product and service recommendations, ensuring customers get the best value for their needs. You’ll assist with order processing, including tracking shipments, handling returns, and facilitating exchanges or refunds.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track response times, satisfaction scores, and other KPIs to ensure you're meeting or exceeding support goals.
• Balance speed and quality—respond quickly, but not at the expense of a helpful, complete answer.
• Stay up to date on product updates, policies, and promotions to answer accurately and confidently.
• Flag recurring problems or pain points so the product team can improve long-term experience and reduce friction.
• Document common questions, bugs, and feedback to help improve support docs, FAQs, and internal processes.

Preferred:

• Can draft help articles, canned responses, or FAQs based on recurring questions.
• Excited to represent the company and its values through every interaction.
• Background or strong interest in customer success, communication, or digital tools.
• Wants to grow into roles like Customer Success Manager, QA Specialist, or Support Lead.
• Comfortable learning product details to provide fast and accurate support.
