We’re searching for a Remote Influencer Outreach Specialist who knows that behind every great campaign is a great relationship. You’ll be the person starting those relationships — reaching out to creators with intention, personality, and respect. Your role is all about personalized, meaningful outreach that feels authentic and not sales-y. You know how to research, vet, and approach creators with authenticity and purpose, not just scripts. You’ll manage a dynamic pipeline of prospects, maintaining clear records of each conversation and follow-up. You’ll align with our content and growth teams to make sure collaborations happen at the right time and with the right message. You’ll negotiate collaboration terms, brief influencers on campaign expectations, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish. You’ll work alongside our content team to ensure influencers produce content that aligns with our goals. Your communication skills will turn cold DMs into warm introductions and lasting partnerships.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow up consistently with influencers—without being annoying—to move collaborations forward and meet deadlines.
• Help draft briefs that balance structure with creative freedom—guiding influencers while leaving room for their voice.
• Manage and update influencer databases or CRMs, keeping track of contact info, status, rates, and communication history.
• Stay updated on creator trends, platform changes, and influencer culture so your outreach stays relevant and natural.
• Assist with vetting influencers by checking audience quality, engagement authenticity, and niche relevance.

Preferred:

• Knows how to research influencers based on niche, engagement rate, and follower quality.
• Enjoys discovering rising creators and analyzing why their content performs.
• Comfortable using tools like Upfluence, HypeAuditor, or manual Instagram/TikTok search.
• Background or interest in influencer marketing, communications, or digital branding.
• Can evaluate influencer performance through views, saves, link clicks, or promo code redemptions.
