Description:

We’re hiring a Musician / Composer Trainee to help us create original soundtracks, jingles, and background scores — no experience needed, just musical passion and a good ear. You’ll assist in composing melodies, background scores, sound cues, and short audio loops for digital content, ads, or video games. We’ll teach you how to structure your compositions for mood, pacing, and storytelling impact. You’ll experiment with different instruments, synths, and samples to find your sound and style. You’ll work on adapting musical cues to support tension, joy, surprise, or reflection — all without using words. You’ll sit in on sound reviews, understand client briefs, and adapt music to fit different tones and timings. We’ll show you how to make music that enhances rather than overpowers the visuals or narrative it supports. You’ll learn to build audio libraries, manage stems, and deliver clean, production-ready tracks. You’ll learn how to compose music that communicates without words — just rhythm, texture, and tone.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work with vocalists, instrumentalists, or choirs to record specific parts or harmonies.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, or clients to understand the desired mood, tone, and pacing.
• Adapt musical pieces to fit timing constraints, dialogue, or scene transitions.
• Arrange and orchestrate music for different instruments, voices, or ensembles.
• Balance artistic vision with practical needs—loopable cues, short stingers, full scores.

Preferred:

• Enjoys experimenting with harmony, melody, and rhythm to shape unique musical identities.
• Enjoys writing both standalone compositions and music that supports narratives or visual content.
• Experience composing original pieces for film, games, advertising, or live performance.
• Can adapt music to different platforms — social media reels, trailers, podcasts, mobile games, or corporate branding.
• Willing to edit, revise, or re-orchestrate compositions based on feedback or changing needs.
