Description:

We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress who’s ready to start fresh — no experience required, just a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in helping people feel welcome. You’ll welcome guests with a genuine smile, make them feel comfortable, and ensure they’re taken care of from the moment they sit down. You’ll take food and drink orders accurately, communicate with the kitchen, and ensure each dish is delivered on time and just right. You’ll handle food and drink orders with attention to detail, ensuring that every request is delivered just as it was asked. You’ll manage your section efficiently, balancing multiple tables while keeping attention to detail and calm energy. You’ll be shown how to carry plates, handle drinks, and deliver food safely and professionally. You’ll process payments, split checks when needed, and thank guests sincerely before they leave. You’ll follow hygiene and safety guidelines, keeping your station and service areas clean and organized at all times. You’ll handle payments quickly and correctly, offering a sincere thank-you every time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Stay positive, even on long shifts or tough nights—your energy sets the tone for the room.
• Process payments quickly, whether by cash, card, or split checks, and return correct change or receipts.
• Handle large parties or busy shifts calmly and efficiently without compromising service quality.
• Be attentive without hovering—know when to check in and when to give guests space.
• Handle requests, complaints, or substitutions with patience and professionalism.

Preferred:

• Pays close attention to special dietary needs, allergies, or custom requests from guests.
• Values friendliness, attention to detail, and professionalism in every guest interaction.
• Enjoys making people feel welcome and contributing to a memorable dining experience.
• Able to greet customers warmly, explain menu items, and answer questions clearly and professionally.
• Wants to grow into roles like Head Waiter, Shift Lead, or Restaurant Manager.
