Description:

We’re on the lookout for a remote Etsy Shop Manager who understands the blend of creativity, commerce, and customer care that drives success on the platform. You’ll be responsible for uploading new products, refining listings, and ensuring every detail — from titles to tags — is on point. You know that great product photos and keyword-rich titles make all the difference on Etsy — and you’re ready to optimize both. You understand how Etsy’s algorithm works and aren’t afraid to test and tweak until things click. You’re responsive, professional, and kind when handling customer inquiries, reviews, or refund requests. You’re someone who loves turning messy backlogs into organized workflows and clear to-do lists. You’ll run periodic audits to ensure listings, prices, photos, and policies stay current and competitive. You’re not afraid of spreadsheets, and you understand how to use data to drive decisions and test new ideas. You’ll collaborate with creators or suppliers to coordinate inventory, photoshoots, or product launches.

Basic Qualifications:

• Handle shop inventory, variations, and pricing structures in an organized, scalable way.
• Build a customer list for remarketing or future product launches using Etsy tools or integrations.
• Respond promptly to Etsy notifications—orders, disputes, questions—so no message goes unanswered or delayed.
• Coordinate with external tools or integrations (e.g., Printify, Canva, Marmalead, EverBee) to streamline operations.
• Experiment with A/B testing for listing formats, pricing, or tags to improve product performance.

• Pays close attention to shop aesthetics and brand consistency across listings.
• Values great customer service, product presentation, and building loyal buyers.
• Excited to grow into roles like E-commerce Manager, Brand Strategist, or Product Creator.
