Description:

We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our remote team and provide exceptional service to our customers. You’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. You’ll assist customers with product or service issues, offering clear solutions and providing a positive experience. You’ll resolve customer complaints, ensuring that each issue is addressed professionally and to the customer’s satisfaction. You’ll document all customer interactions, ensuring that detailed records are kept for follow-up and future reference. You’ll work with the team to escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. You’ll offer product and service recommendations, ensuring customers get the best value for their needs. You’ll process returns, exchanges, and refunds, following company policies and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow company guidelines while still sounding human—no robotic replies, just real conversations with care and clarity.
• Balance speed and quality—respond quickly, but not at the expense of a helpful, complete answer.
• Use templates and shortcuts when appropriate, but personalize messages to show the customer you’re paying attention.
• Provide feedback from the frontlines—what customers love, what confuses them, what’s broken—to inform product and UX decisions.
• Use tools like Loom, screenshots, or annotated images when helpful to visually explain solutions.

Preferred:

• Enjoys solving problems and turning difficult situations into positive outcomes.
• Comfortable using knowledge bases and internal documentation to assist customers accurately.
• Can work independently in a remote environment and communicate with teammates proactively.
• Pays close attention to detail and ensures customer information is recorded correctly.
• Understands how to troubleshoot common issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.

You’ll assist with processing orders, including returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring accuracy in all transactions. You’ll ensure customers are satisfied with their service by following up after interactions and resolving any outstanding concerns. You’ll work with other teams to ensure that all customer feedback is incorporated into product and service improvements. You’ll assist with onboarding new customers, answering their questions, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed. You’ll track customer satisfaction metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing insights with the team. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working remotely to solve customer challenges and improve service efficiency. This remote position allows you to work from home while providing excellent service to our customers across various platforms. You’ll be expected to maintain a positive attitude and professionalism while handling a variety of customer inquiries.
